YOGA or PILATES?
Yoga
Sabine is our main yoga instructor, she became passionate about the body care offered by the traditional arts of India; yoga and Ayurveda, which have become her daily life for twenty years now. After numerous stays in India and thanks to extensive training in Western naturopathy, she combines these two approaches to health in her practice. The yoga that she offers is traditional yoga, Hatha-Yoga, Yoga-Nidra & Yoga for the Eyes.
Sabine works with fluidity and gentleness to maximise the possibilities of the present moment. This yoga is aimed at everyone, from complete beginners to the experienced. Variations are offered so that everyone can work at their own pace. You will be accompanied step by step in your progress and offered caring and total support.

Pilates
Lisa looks after our pilates classes. She gained her first qualification to teach in the fitness industry in 2007. In the subsequent years she has gained a deep understanding of the different types of training and the associated benefits, as she qualified in further group fitness disciplines as well as becoming a personal trainer.
Her Pilates journey started in England and after a brief hiatus when she moved to France and renovated her home, is something she continues to do. She has a love of positivity, and truly believes a healthy mind and body go hand in hand.
MASSAGE
We believe that massage is helpful while engaging in prolonged periods of physical activity, as it can help the body to detoxify, relax over-stretched connective tissues and allow the body to recover more quickly and easily than doing without. People often think that they do not need massage, until they have a very good one, after which they wonder how they ever managed beforehand!
The
FOOD
The food we serve at our retreats is cooked by our plant-based chef, who uses the freshest organic ingredients available. Wandering round local markets to taste and smell the produce, and meeting growers at their small holdings to see what's in season. Creating colourful and flavourful dishes to nourish and fuel.
